This green margarita is the perfect cocktail for St. Patrick’s Day. Or any other day for that matter.
It’s time for the monthly margarita challenge! And since spring is just around the corner and it’s the long St. Patrick’s Day weekend, this month it had to be something green.
Irish Margarita, also called Shamrock Margarita is the cocktail you need for St. Patrick’s Day. Made with Irish whiskey, and blue curacao and pineapple juice for the green shade, it’s a delicious twist on the classic margarita cocktail.

The vibrant green colour and tropical flavours makes it perfect for more occasions beyond St. Paddy’s though. Mix it up for Easter, Mother’s Day, your first al-fresco spring gathering, or on any other sunny day in spring, to name a few occasions.
So, if you are looking for a fun green cocktail for St. Patrick’s Day or any other occasion that calls for a vibrant green drink to cheer up your guests, nothing beats a delicious Irish Margarita.
