The perfect drink for an alcohol-free brunch, this Virgin Mary tastes just as good as the real deal
And just like that, it’s the year 2024!
I will spare you with a list of New Year’s resolutions. To be honest, I do not belief in any resolutions made simply because another 365 days around the sun are about to start. If you want to change something in your life or pursue a long-time dream, any day of the year is good to make that decision and go for it.
That said, you might want to cut down on alcohol after the holidays – either just for a while or embrace a more moderate consumption of alcohol in general.

Will you participate in Dry January this year, thus not drinking any alcohol for the rest of the month? In that case, there are some good news. In addition to all the health benefits giving up alcohol for a while, signing up to an alcohol-free month means plenty of time to experiment with non-alcoholic drinks. From rising a glass of no-alcohol wine or mixing a cocktail based on non-alcoholic spirits there are plenty of delicious alternatives.

Why not start Dry January with a Virgin Blood Mary? Although the tale of the Bloody Mary being a cure for a hangover is nothing more than nonsense, it is nonetheless one of the most popular brunch cocktails. This non-alcoholic version is based on the same ingredients, minus the vodka.
Tangy, spicy, savoury, and refreshing like the original, this Virgin Mary is the perfect drink to be enjoyed on its own or for a brunch or light lunch.
